Little Creek Home Inspections was proudly founded with the objectives of providing inspection services, resources and the information needed to help families through their home buying and selling process. As the founder, I stated from the beginning of our Clayton-based business, that Little Creek takes the family-first approach.

As we help families across the Triangle, I am proud to say we are a family managed business. We are now happy to announce that my brother, Alex Mescia, who has been working with Little Creek on a part-time basis, has joined our team as a full-time inspector. We are excited to continue to provide superior customer service with thorough inspections, clear communications, responsiveness and detailed reports, during what can sometimes be a stressful real estate transaction.

We are pleased that Alex’s background in construction will complement our company’s strengths nicely. His experience in what we like to call the bones of the home, with framework, decks, roofing and more, will continue our practice of detailed and thorough inspections. Alex is NC licensed as a home and septic inspector. Alex has been trained by some of the best inspectors in the country, and carries AHIT certification. AHIT is the largest home inspection training institute in North America and is approved by ASHI, NACHI, and other professional organizations.
